• The guarantee applies only to the Premium Pack purchase. The Essential Pack and Basic Pack are not covered by this guarantee.
• You must make a good faith effort to study our materials.
• The refund request must be submitted to us via email at **contractorquestionbank@gmail.com** within **30 days** of your failed exam date.
• Your request must include a copy of your original purchase receipt and a copy (a photo or scan) of your official failed exam result from the CSLB. The name on the exam result must match the name on the purchase receipt.

Once we receive and verify this information, we will process your full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.

2. General Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDFs), which are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds for any reason other than the Pass Guarantee outlined above. All sales of the **Essential Pack** are considered final.
